Elders Walker Glass provide glass louvres throughout Darlington and the North East area

Elders Walker Glass Limited supply and fit louvred frames complete with glass blades, throughout Darlington and the North East area. This type of glazing was particularly popular throughout the 1950-1960 decades and in recent years there appears to be a revival underway for this type of glazing. Naco Weatherbeta louvres manufactured by Ruskin Air Management are the glass and glazing industry's preferred tried and trusted louvred system.

Modern louvres are supplied in kit form with aluminium sections and plastic blade carriers.

Glass blades are manufactured to order to fit the apertures between the blade carriers. Unlike conventional windows the blades open up to allow almost 100% ventilation.

The Naco Weatherbeta range retains its market lead in single glazed louvre design and is commonly fitted within a wide variety of building structures and window / glazing systems.

Minimum size is 240mm x 215mm up to a maximum single section of 2400mm x 2400mm. Note: Windows over 1200 wide will be supplied with a self mullion(s) depending on design wind load.
