Elders Walker Glass Limited supply and fit domelights and rooflights throughout County Durham. Our original founder company was at the forefront of roof dome development in the early days of the development of natural roof lighting. We still supply and fit domelights and rooflights to many schools, local authority buildings, hospitals and for many other applications.

Domes are available in glass, polycarbonate and acrylic substances. They can be clear or obscured and provide ventilation to enclosed areas via vents in their upstands.

Roof patent glazing is also available with wired glass still being the preferred glazing option for most commercial applications.

We also supply and fit polycarbonate roof glazing in a variety of colours and thicknesses. Despite being extremely strong and rigid, polycarbonate is a light material and therefore does not cause undue stress when spanning large areas of roofing.
